    This issue is so important to pay attention.

    These young men just make me sad and upset. We have got to do better. The ignorance with which they speak is just awful

    Im not going to rant this year but I’ll say this: i think there are parallels between the idea that a dark skin girl has to have a nice body (mentioned by one of the men above) and the sudden attention Kelly Rowland got once her body filled out. That girl has been talented from day 1 now everyone is obsessed with her body. I’d like to see an indepth discussion on how colorism influences the ideas of desirability black men have towards black women (or dark skin black women i should say)

    and how this issue can be corrected.
